Can a law make production fairer?
Fair production probably won't work voluntarily: that's why Germany wants to introduce a supply chain law to make German companies responsible for ensuring that their suppliers abroad comply with minimum social and ecological standards. Textile expert Marc Höft has some doubts that a law will help.
