'My Earth My Denim' is the motto of the fourth edition of Denimsandjeans Vietnam. Taking place 12-13 June in Ho Chi Minh City the team around organizer Sandeep Agarwal moves the topic of sustainability in the focus: "Vietnam is fortunate to have started its denim industry in a very balanced way where sustainable production has been ensured in many ways due to local government laws. This also helped and pushed the industry to invest in machines and equipments which could help make minimum impact on the environment. With a little more push and knowledge the industry is expected to be one of the most sustainable globally."

To underline this approach and to push exhibitors and visitors in the 'right' direction, Denimsandjeans Vietnam has released a short video.

According to Denimsandjeans Vietnam last year's edition hosted over 45 exhibitors and welcomed global visitors from over 200 companies such as VF, Levi's, Lifung, G-Star, S.Oliver, Uniqlo and PVH. This year Agarwal expects even more attendees in Ho Chi Minh City: "Our Vietnam show has been going from strength to strength and we have been steadily getting into the calendars of different buyers who wish to source denims from Vietnam. We also see increased interest from more Vietnamese garment companies to be at the platform to reach out to the buyers."
