Known for its chunky lambskin boots, casual footwear brand UGG Australia has now introduced a new line of lightweight sole men’s shoes. Their natural rubber soles are made using the patented RMAT technology which is normally only used for sports shoes to ensure a long lasting and anti-slip comfort with optimal cushioning.

Besides its comfort and lightweight qualities, the sneakers are characterized by a simple straight-line design. Their water-repellent suede or canvas’ uppers are decorated with Tasmanian braid details or decorative stitching. In addition, the ‘TreadLite by UGG’ sneakers come with two versions of inserted soles for colder and warmer summer days.

The technology is currently used in four models of UGG Australia’s ‘Fathom’ collection, which is already available at selected stores and online at www.uggaustralia.de. The prices range from €100 to €120.
