From 15th until 17th of March, 2017 Intertextile Shanghai Apparel Fabrics returns to the National Center for Exhibition and Convention, China in halls 5.2, 8.1 and 6.2.

With its distinctive product areas, featuring All About Sustainability, Functional Lab, Premium Wool Zone, Verve for Design, Accessories Vision and Beyond Denim, it will once again meet the demands of its visitors.

Beyond denim is one of its younger product zones and will include around 100 exhibitors with products from denim yarn over stretch, embroidered and jacquard to knit denim fabrics. Among the exhibitors there will be some of the industry’s leading producers such as Orta Anadolu from Turkey, China’s Advance Denim, Changzhou Henglun Textile, and from Pakistan Diamond Denim by Sapphire, Diamond Fabrics and Indigo Textile.

At All About Sustainability there will be an Educational Zone, a forum space for presentations, services and market information and the ecoBoutique display area. Returning to the Educational Zone are the companies Hohenstein Institute, Intertek, Testex and SGS.

The fair’s Functional Lab will issue suppliers of activewear fabrics and production technology from over 300 suppliers which reflects on the rising popularity of functional fabrics.

SalonEurope of Intertextile Shanghai includes the Milano Unica Pavilion, which is by invitation only. It recorded a 20% increase in buyers from its 2015 to its 2016 Fall edition and therefore also expects a high number for this Spring issue.

The Country Pavilion Germany with Transfertex, a leader in pattern designs and digital & transfer printing as well as accessory manufacturer Union Knopf and the France area with Goutarel SA, Malhia Kent, Promostyl and Solstiss Sarl also provide a wide range of products. Other countries exhibiting there are Denmark, Switzerland, Turkey and the UK.

The International Hall will represent Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Pakistan and, for the first time, India with the Powerloom Development & Export Promotion Council booth.

Taking place at the same time and venue are the fairs Yarn Expo Spring (hall 5.1), Intertextile Shanghai Home Textiles – Spring Edition (hall 4.2), CHIC (halls 1, 2, 3 & 4.1) and PH Value (hall 3) adding even more product diversity for the visitors.
