Immediately after the announcement of the cancellation of Kingpins Amsterdam, (also read here), Kingpins launches a new online event for denim called Kingpins24.
“Kingpins24 aims to bring the jeans industry together even when we are forced to be apart,” says a note from the show’s organization.
On April 22 and April 23, 2020, by clicking www.kingpinsshow.com anyone will be directed to Kingpins24. The new virtual event will be admission-free and will go live at 9am CET (Central European Time) on April 22 until midnight on April 23. It will feature f/w 2021 information from the Kingpins Amsterdam exhibitors and partners through live stream panels, interviews and exhibitor content such as presentations, sustainability and CSR updates, conversations and more initiatives. On-demand content from the industry will also be available.
The Denim Dudes presentation of the Kingpins Trends f/w 2021 forecast will take place several times a day. The entrance fee for each trend presentation will be $35, depending on screening times, which will be announced shortly.
Kingpins Transformers ED, the annual educational conference planned for April, 24, 2020, will also take place via livestream webinar due to current health and travel concerns. The event focused on fashion students who are still attending university and are about to enter the fashion industry will open the registration for the live stream event on April 1. Already registered users will be informed about updates directly.
