With the Danish authorities' latest announcements and prolonged restrictions due to the development of Covid-19 in Denmark, the organizers of Copenhagen fashion events Copenhagen Fashion Week, CIFF, Revolver, Dansk Fashion & Textile and Wear today announced their plans for February.

The upcoming edition of Copenhagen Fashion Week scheduled 2-4 February will take place as planned but will happen digitally only-instead of a hybrid event.
The two fashion fairs CIFF and Revolver (originally scheduled 3-5 February) cancel their physical shows due to an official ban on all trade fair activities until the end of February 2021. CIFF has already announced that it will offer a digital platform, CIFF Digital, starting February 1.

"Due to the current development of Covid-19, we have been forced to cancel all physical events this time, including the trade fairs. Copenhagen Fashion Week's show schedule and talks program is still carried out, although virtually, via our digital universe at copenhagenfashionweek.com. Even though it is definitely unwished-for, it is undeniably the right thing to do, and instead we look forward to being able to meet physically again for the August 2021 fashion week," says Cecilie Thorsmark, CEO of Copenhagen Fashion Week.

In summer 2020, Copenhagen Fashion Week launched a new hybrid format that made it possible for brands to be on the show schedule with both digital and physical formats. With the recent development of the pandemic, this edition of Copenhagen Fashion Week will adapt a fully digital format to ensure the new restrictions are upheld while still allowing brands the opportunity to present their seasonal collections to Copenhagen Fashion Week's international audience.

All shows and talks can be experienced from 2-4 February via Copenhagen Fashion Week's new digital platform on copenhagenfashionweek.com, which will be launched on 14 January. The show schedule has already been published and the talks program will be published in mid-January.
