Denim Première Vision recently announced the launch of a new event format: The Digital Denim Week. This happening will fully replace the physical edition of Denim Première Vision initially scheduled for November 24 and 25 in Berlin (also see here).

Via an online platform, Denim Première Vision will run for a full week, from November 30 to December 4, and will present the s/s 2022 collections of materials and the latest product developments from more than 50 international exhibitors including 34 weavers, six from other categories including manufacturers, launderers and finishers, seven accessory makers and two technology developers.

The s/s 2022 collections from the show’s exhibitors will be launched during the event and will be presented in their e-shops on the Première Vision Marketplace. Through it users will be able to benefit from expanded services and features and a more interactive and functional digital catalog for boosting their business. Part of the offer are also activated client and supplier contact tools to facilitate direct contact, remote sales discussions and transactions along with company profiles integrating multimedia content featuring videos, images, texts and more content.

The digital meeting will also showcase a vast array of targeted talks by selected key players and experts, as well as a program of conferences and master classes to meet the industry’s emerging challenges. They will also present all the newest developments about trends, products and materials.

The program of conferences and talks will include a roundtable to be held on December 1 at 10am hosting Guglielmo Olearo, director of Première Vision, and a panel of experts and professionals to examine the future of denim.

Two fashion seminars will provide inspiration and introduce s/s ’22 trends: one session by Première Vision’s fashion team presenting the season’s main directions; and another by Lucia Rosin from Italy’s Meidea design studio to analyze new trends in cuts and silhouettes.
Two Smart Talks on the industry’s challenges in terms of sustainable development will be hosted by Giusy Bettoni, sustainable development consultant for Première Vision.
Two workshops presented by Alessio Berto from The Tailor Pattern Support will assist brands in creating their future collections.

A selection of the Digital Denim Week’s exhibiting companies will present the last developments and collections for s/s 2022 and will also be available for live chats during their online presentations. Among them will be Sharabati Denim, PG Denim, Iskur, Evlox, Orta Anadolu and Advance Denim. More detailed information on the program of the event can be found on Denim PV's website denimpremierevision.com.
