"Every company must act socially in a responsible and supportive manner. My vision is a circular business model: we create, produce, deliver, receive and give back to the community. I created OTB Foundation in 2008 with this philanthropic approach by engaging my employees to contribute to a better world," Renzo Rosso, Chairman of OTB Foundation and OTB Group, said.

"The Foundation operates following Renzo's vision of corporate responsibility. We are active in different areas, and it is difficult to choose whom to prioritize, but especially in this particular historical moment we cannot but talk about women: women who are killed, discriminated against and who do not see their basic rights respected. Fashion exists not only to make them more beautiful, but also to help them, protect them and guarantee them equal opportunities," said Arianna Alessi, vice president, OTB Foundation.
