Gallery@ AGI Denim will host "Exquisite Blue Towers", an exhibition of collaborative and individual artworks that celebrate indigo as a color by artists Holly E. Brown, Juan Manuel Gomez, and Mauricio Arroyave. The show will run from July 22 through August 6, 2022, with an opening reception on July 21, 2022, at 6:30 PM in Gallery@'s Chelsea NYC gallery.

The works are characterised by the recurrent theme of towers to connect three significant cities - Biella, Medellín, and New York. During the creation process, the artists were inspired by the Surrealist movement of the early 20th century. Techniques to be presented include drawing, painting, and printmaking using Officina+39 Recycrom dyeing substances.

Gallery@ is the art-celebrating arm of AGI Denim, a B Corp certified key player in Pakistan's denim industry. The mission of Gallery@ is to champion working artists by providing gallery and logistics support, including space, materials, and marketing.

"For this show, we selected three artists who share our deep passion for denim - Holly E. Brown, Juan Manuel, and Mauro Arroyave have brought their unique styles into the collaborative statement entitled "Exquisite Blue Towers". We are so excited to share this with the world," said Henry Wong, Gallery@'s gallery director.

Holly E. Brown, the owner of Clockworks Press, is an artist, printmaker, and art educator based in Brooklyn, NYC. Her work is inspired by architecture and infused with the rawness of reality and the abstract. She loves to print on paper and repurposed denim, keeping in line with her passion for sustainability.

Juan Manuel Gomez, also known as De Ver Azul, is a Colombian artist and painter from Medellín who creates paintings using tools from an original jean maker. His primary palette includes indigo and blue, reminiscent of his time working in the denim laundry processes. His work is outstanding and unique in form and feature, and has helped him gain popularity in the industry.

Mauricio Arroyave is a painter, plastic artist, art director, and art designer from Medellín. His 12 years of experience spent designing denim showrooms are reflected in his work.
