The store has been redesigned with the aim to offer a clearer subdivision of space into more distinctive environments than in the past, for an optimization of space and a clearer and more impactful definition of the consumer journey.
Upon entering, customers are welcomed by the entrance hall and then continue into the wardrobe area finding themselves in a space inspired by a lounge and living atmosphere, before arriving in the fitting rooms and finally accessing the outdoor courtyard.

In addition, some transparent elements and hanging hangers contribute to refresh the store’s aesthetic.
The new space offers elevated branding and shopping experiences in every corner, including fitting rooms equipped with state-of-the-art "smart technology”, where guests can choose and modulate lighting, request assistance, use the look organization function, and receive style advice while staying comfortably inside their fitting room.

Along with the store, the adjacent café was also reopened, now renovated and transformed into Tommy's Café, which with its 142 sq. meters now becomes a natural extension of the store, with which it shares a beautiful outdoor courtyard, the perfect place for experiences and events organized by the brand.
Tommy's Café serves as a full bar, with an interesting cocktail list and creative brunch, lunch and apéritif menus.
From omnichannel support to the digital store assistant, every part of the brand's new global concept has been carefully redesigned, revolutionizing the consumer journey at every stage and challenging the status quo of a normal shopping experience.
The store also reopened its doors offering the new TH Monogram collection and introducing the new distinctive logo of interior design elements, such as carpets, furniture, digital screens and walls.
