Spectrum, streetwear and graffiti artist mecca opened in 2009 at Via Casati 29 and inspired by a mix of art and pan-European inspirations from the late 1990s, has just opened a second store at Via De Amicis 23, in Milan.
The new 300-sq.-meter store designed by Milan’s Studio Storage is developed according to an essential modular concept that lends itself to be used as a physical and digital space, and can host most different art installations and cultural initiatives. Its front area can be dedicated to different activities thanks to a series of angular video walls that limit its walls, but can also become a dynamic platform available for audiovisual rotations and immersive takeovers.

The founders of the two stores are Federico Chiozzi, Luca Savoldelli, Alessandro Scrinzi and Stefano Viola. Their background is the Milanese scene of the 1990s when graffiti art, skateboarding, hip hop, rave parties, self-publishing, hacking, coding and other experiences created a particular cultural humus and sense of belonging.
