SVD Sivasdescalzo, an international online platform selling exclusive sneakers and contemporary apparel, has recently opened its third physical store that adds up to the already existing other flagships in Barcelona and Madrid.
The store offering its multi brand selection of products that combine functionality with aesthetics including Comme des Garçons, Kapital, Kenzo, Levi's, Rick Owens, Boris Bidjan Saberi, Carhartt WIP, Junya Watanabe Man, Hender Scheme, Reese Cooper, Rassvet, Stüssy, Undercover, Willy Chavarria and WTAPS. Along with it, it also hosts a vast selection of accessories, art toys, design objects and personal care products.
The new store was recently inaugurated in Dubai's Design District, as a first step of an ambitious growth plan for the Middle Eastern market.
The new Dubai store, which continues to follow the same retail concept designed by Antoni Pallejà (A.P.O.) already characterizing the flagship store and the company's headquarters in Barcelona, consists of two floors that are connected with a giant iron green structure that hosts an innovative space inside, where fashion, art and avant-garde culture all come together.
The mezzanine combines elements of sand and steel with velvety textures, embodying Dubai's own unique blend of sophistication and contemporary style.
An exclusive event was held to celebrate the store’s opening, with sets by DJ Maww, Jaymie and DJ Brooklyn, and wrapping up with an after-party at the Ongaku club with performances from 1takennandos, House of Yanous, Toccororo and Hudson Mohawke.
