Through it, the brand collects used garments that it then reuses, resells, or regenerates based on their aesthetic and functional condition. The consumer gets a 20% refund on its purchase when bringing back an old garment to the store.
Thanks to a QR code tracking system, moreover, customers who have delivered used garments to the store have the opportunity to check in real time how their garments have been used.
