Comeforbreakfast is an Italian brand founded by Antonio Romano and Francesco Alagna in 2010. It offers woman and man’s apparel along with accessories, and is characterised by essential lines, neutral colors and carefully selected fabrics. Its pieces may often be worn by both men and women as designed and evolve organically from one season to the other.

Similarly, its newly opened Milanese flagship store in Via Atto Vannucci 10, in Milan, is a flexible essential location that expresses the brand’s values, a particular sense of space and the desire to inspire a unique shopping experience. Moreover, it is based in an old-times intact Milan area where many ateliers and artisanal laboratories are still based and operate.

The store looks like a rough parallelepiped that reveals its own inner structure, already visible from the road. The collection seems to be hanging in space, as if each piece kept a dialogue with the store’s walls and decors.

The cement floor is the backdrop to its delabré walls that display a vast range of impalpable tones and white backgrounds, which, through a clever decollage, reveal the original colors of the space, once hosting a grocery store. The furnishing elements, including racks, the checkout counter and displays, were designed by NM3 and are made of linear and precise steel and reflect the brand’s meticulous approach to design, to create a strong visual and materic contrast with the poetically brutalized environment.

Its industrial design decor elements and modular forms help expand the possibilities of use and composition infinitely and create a neutral and vibrant environment, which is both seasonless and timeless, malleable and powerful, and in which the brand’s lexicon becomes both rarefied and tangible, visual and concrete.
