Be Disobedient is an organization offering different services aimed at the Latin American denim industry.





Among the services it offers there is a thematic overview of the world of denim in order to help improve product and business about fabrics, chemicals, manufacturing, washing, trends, sustainable projects and more.




It also organizes Trippin' Blue, a digital event focused on talks with business insiders happening online from 27 to 29 April 2022.

Participants involved include personalities like Adriano Goldschmied and companies like Tejidos Royo, Vicunha, The Lycra Company, Archroma, Global Denim, Tonello, Mud Jeans, Jeanologia, Tencel and Denim Premiere Vision.





Each day of the initiative is focused on a different topic - 27 April on Innovation, 28 April on sustainability and 28 April on business.





Creative mind and founder of the project is Ana Paula Alves de Oliveira, a passionate denim professional who has been working for more than 15 years in the fashion and denim industry for design, product, R&D, marketing and business development.





As designer senior of the Bottom Department at Osklen and as product and marketing manager of Tavex/Santista, Ana Paula Alves de Oliveira is able to approach the entire denim process of research, concept building, fabric development, production, pricing, design, marketing and business with an own unique broad view. This denim expert has lived, studied and worked in Rio de Janeiro, London and Buenos Aires, where she is also a lecturer in several fashion events.
