Minerva Hub Spa, the new Italian industrial reality in the fashion sector specializing in finishes and materials for luxury accessories led by its president Matteo Marzotto, has finalized the acquisition of a majority stake in Jato 1991 Srl, a prestigious company based in San Lazzaro di Savena, Bologna, specializing in hand embroidery on fabric.

 



As a result of the transaction, the two founders of the company, Giorgina Rapezzi and Jacopo Giuseppe Tonelli, remain directly involved in the management of Jato 1991 S.r.l. and enter the capital of Minerva Hub Spa.

Minerva Hub gathers within itself a wide range of expertise within some advanced sector companies in the different supply chains, with a strong economic, technical, creative and productive commitment to social and environmental responsibility. At the time of its establishment, it registered more than €130 million in revenues, a portfolio of about 1,000 customers and more than 500 direct employees, important numbers derived from the activities of Galvanica Formelli (Arezzo), Jato 1991 (Bologna), Koverlux (Bergamo), Quake (Vicenza), Sp Plast Creating (Fermo), Zeta Catene (Arezzo) and Zuma Pelli Pregiate (Pisa). 





Minerva Hub, today led by President Matteo Marzotto, assisted by CEOs Marco Casoni and Giuseppe Cerea and CFO Angelo Ramponi, plans to aggregate new acquisitions in the portfolio already during the first months of activity, also implementing the platform at the service of luxury brands with even more specific solutions of the best Italian manufacturing.
