Wiser Tech is an innovation and technology company founded by Fuat Gözaçan, an insider of the denim industry with a 25 years of experience in the field.

This company has been working on advanced technologies, through which it aims to change current practices in the textile industry. With this objective in mind it has recently launched Wox, a product connected with these technologies that physically consists of an ozone drum and a generator, but is also designed as a network object that provides data to artificial intelligence algorithms.

Wox is based on Wiser Wash, a patented ozone bleaching process, which was introduced to the denim industry in 2017, again under the leadership of Gözaçan. This technique eliminates the use of pumice stone and toxic chemicals, and bleaches each garment with only 200 ml of water and ozone and produces interesting contrast effects.

Different from traditional jeans treating methods that use an average of 60 liters of water per garment, Wiser Wash can perform the same process by saving about 32 liters of water. The goal is to bring this water saving up to 92%.

Wiser Tech has been working on advanced technologies which then aim to lead Wiser Wash one step further. Thanks to Wox it can lower of 40% its cycle duration and increase production capacity by 66%.

Thanks to its hardware technology and software algorithms running on the cloud, Wox can identify and analyze the needs required for each treatment. At the same time, it provides effective input to artificial intelligence algorithms by collecting data on the production process through a cloud-based platform, which can only be accessed by company officials within a framework of confidentiality principles. This way the whole process becomes more traceable and efficient.

Wox technology can also become easier to use and more secure thanks to its user-friendly control panel, ergonomic drum and easily accessible filter drawer. The LED Progress Ring on the drum also makes it possible to visually and easily follow up on the process.

Gözaçan commented: “Our new technology Wox, which we have developed for stable and controllable production, is the first product of a concept that will completely change the denim finishing practices. With this system, we aim to put forward a new paradigm in the denim production industry. Our aim is not to build ordinary machinery but to create 360-degree innovations and solutions beyond Industry 4.0.”
