Matthew Adams Dolan will be responsible for the Jacob Cohën women's collections starting from s/s 2024. Under the artistic direction of Jennifer Tommasi Bardelle, Dolan will create both the main collection and Jacob Cohën Couture. The liaison between the designer and the luxury denim brand actually began last July for the creation of the first Jacob Cohën-branded women's capsule.
"Matthew Adams Dolan's style and creativity are perfect to tell the story of Jacob Cohën's evolution into the fashion world. Matthew has been able to make the brand's stylistic codes his own, without distorting its DNA,” explained Tommasi Bardelle.

The American designer is a graduate of Parson in New York and boasts a collaboration with singer Rihanna on collections made in tandem with Puma. He later became lead consultant for the Fenty brand, which at the time saw support from LVMH. Dolan has also been among the finalists for the LVMH Prize and the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund. He also participated in the International Woolmark Prize.
The production and distribution of the Jacob Cohën lines is in the hands of Jacob Cohën Industry, a company created in 2020 from an agreement with SINV, the Veneto-based company which in 2022 registered €71 million revenues, up 12.7% from the €63 million one of 2021.
