Diesel, the global denim and lifestyle brand, together with Belvillage, a real estate lifestyle developer focused on social experience and sophisticated design, have signed a real estate collaboration to develop a Diesel signature residential building in Las Vegas that applies the housing concept through BelVillage membership.
This is Diesel's second residential project, following the success of the first in Wynwood, Miami's design district. Launched with an innovative and award-winning sales campaign that consisted of buying a T-shirt and receiving a free apartment, it recently became the first signature condominium to accept cryptocurrency for sales, deposits and transactions in the housing project.
The building will be located in Las Vegas' trendy Arts District and will consist of approximately 250 apartment units and extensive social areas. The building will respond to the market's growing need for flexibility, style and social interaction and will enhance the investments the city of Las Vegas is creating in the area. Diesel residences will also include prestigious and expertly designed penthouses. Homeownership and short-term rental options will be available to suit a wide range of buyers and city residents.
