The sports brand Reebok and London-based streetwear label Maharishi are launching their second collaborative project - the Maharishi x Reebok LT Court Hemp. The model focuses on the plant-based material that has been a staple of Maharishi collections since the 1990s.
Maharishi was founded in 1994 by Hardy Blechman after his idea to offer "pacifist military design" inspired by nature and utility style.
The new follow-up to Reebok's spring 2022 Classic Leather AZ collab is a testament to both brands' respect for heritage athletic footwear, but also another celebration of a sneaker with an army green rubber outsole, chalk-colored midsole, and hemp upper in off-white, as a natural, minimalist interpretation of the 40-year-old Court sneaker.

Other design elements of the shoe include a soft suede heel panel and terry lining, a wide stripe on the inside of the shoe with a repeating Maharishi logo, a Maharishi logo brand window, and signature LT Court elements such as a deconstructed toe box and cup sole.
"This is another great opportunity for us to dive into Reebok's extensive archive of Classics,” continued Blechman. “The LT Court is a great court shoe from Reebok's '80s archive," Blechman concludes. "By using hemp and a minimalist design, the model stays true to both Maharishi and classic Reebok styling."
The Maharishi x Reebok LT Court Hemp in unisex sizes will be available for €120 exclusively at Maharishi starting October 28, at Reebok.co.uk and select fashion retailers starting November 7.
