Diesel and its new creative director Glenn Martens disclosed the new s/s 2022 collection during the latest edition of Milan Menswear Week.

The collection was presented in a short movie with psychedelic imaginary and underlined how Diesel is stressing more sustainable-minded aspects such as all-gender pieces, heritage inspiration and its new Diesel Library project.

As part of the heritage selection Diesel is offering various upcycled regenerated stock pieces including, for instance, a trench with hand-finished latex details and knitted tops and bombers obtained from cutting, sewing and dyeing old recovered jersey pieces.

As denim continues to play a fundamental role for the brand, the Diesel Library has just debuted and included a significant part of sustainable pieces that, according to the company’s new mantra, will be offered permanently, could be bought less often and worn for a long time. It includes jeans, shirts, tops, skirts and more.
