C&S, Italian high quality jeans and apparel specialist and owner of the brands Haikure and PDF,  has set the clear aim to build a manufacturing pole oriented towards quality, Italian style and the search for innovative trends and materials.

After its recent acquisition of Texo Srl, luxury jeans manufacturing company, C&S has taken a further step forward in the creation of a widespread garment manufacturing hub in the Marche region, in the heart of Italy where it is based.

As part of its strategy, C&S has recently acquired the majority of the specialized high-quality trouser and apparel brand Siviglia by co-founding a new company. C&S owns 51% of the New Co., while the remaining 49% is owned by its founders and previous owners, the Bianchetti family, who remain co-owners covering mainly style research and development functions.

Siviglia was born in Marotta, near Pesaro and Urbino, not far from the Marche region, in 2006, and brings to C&S a wealth of tailoring skills and high-quality product construction.

The Siviglia brand is a reality that has experienced rapid commercial success since its entry in the market thanks to its iconic trousers with fabric inserts at mid-thigh inspired by the Spanish horsemen, hence the name that recalls the Andalusian capital.

It has then rapidly grown through its product diversification strategy aimed at satisfying all the needs and requirements of its reference target, making Siviglia become a point of reference for Made in Italy men's fashion.

Siviglia has then grown to offer coats, trousers and jeans characterized by top level fitting and essential design, thanks to its constant research on product, fabrics and emerging trends. Along with that, among its qualitative goals it has also started focusing–and aims to further accelerate–the reduction of the environmental impact of productions and materials used.

"The partnership with the Bianchetti family has the objective of relaunching the brand through a strategy of values and repositioning in both domestic and international markets, leveraging on the values that, in the past, have made the Siviglia brand one of the most important in the Italian market,” highlighted Federico Corneli, shareholder, C&S.

This acquisition strengthens C&S direct contact with retail, going alongside Haikure, PDF and the company’s own Style Services Luxe and Style Services Denim divisions, through which it operates and supports all the brands that choose to rely on its experience in top-notch jeans, luxury and formalwear.
