Specialized finishing and laundry group Elleti, based near Verona, had recently merged with Blue Line, jeans and denim garment manufacturer from Urbania (Pesaro-Urbino), creating a significant manufacturing pole for top quality jeans manufacturing. By acquiring the long time appreciated and trendsetting Martelli Group, Elleti Group will further increase its ability and know-how and will potentiate its presence in Italy and foreign markets.
The acquisition not only involves Martelli’s three Italian subsidiaries in Vedelago (near Treviso), Toscanella and Medolla (near Bologna), but also a facility in Romania and one in Morocco. The five productive hubs – apart from their great ability and top technical skills - can
guarantee a huge productive potential as, once the whole system is running at full speed, they altogether might produce up to 10-12 million garments per year.

“Right now, our main aim is to maintain operative all the Italian structures and keep as many of the group’s employees as possible. We want to keep alive and give a future to a specialist that has shaped the history of this market,” commented Luigi Lovato, owner/CEO, Elleti. And continues: “Also Luigi Martelli, founder and owner of the group, has always been a reference point for me and all the insiders of this market. He is a great personality for the business and deserves great respect.”
