OTB holding has just launched its new corporate website. In addition to offering information on each brand part of the group, it also hosts a special section that works as an interactive recruitment platform where candidates from every part of the world can navigate the comprehensive list of job offers of the group, across the different companies, geographic regions, disciplines and organizational levels.

This new recruitment platform is part of the group’s Employer Branding strategy aimed at fostering the acquisition of talent through, amongst other things, the creation of partnerships with renowned international academic institutions, as well as through a coordinated presence on specialized websites such as, for instance, LinkedIn, and other fashion website career pages.

The overall program provides digital recruitment tools to all companies of OTB to help them sustain their growth and build the managerial team of the future.
