Halo

What the brand stands for:
The outdoor and performance gear brand Halo was created in 2015 and is designed by Malkit Singh and Rasmus Storm. It is named after the parachute jump called “High Altitude Low Opening.” The brand’s DNA is functionality and design within three categories: Off-duty, Training and Uniform.
Halo’s design is rooted in the universe surrounding the Danish Special Forces. Especially the parachute department Aalborg Tactical Wing at Air Force Base Aalborg, where the parachutes are repaired and packed, has inspired the design and the choice of materials and colors.
Halo originates from Newline, founded in 1981 by Helge Petersen, a professional soldier in the The Danish Special Forces. With great experience from parachuting and running, he developed a brand focusing on innovative, functional products with a high degree of details and comfort.
