British Folli Follie Group (FF Group) has announced a long-term partnership with US-based Authentic Brands Group through which FF Group will assume the exclusive wholesale and retail distribution rights for Juicy Couture.

Following this agreement, FF Group will acquire and grow the number of existing Juicy Couture retail stores and drive the growth of new and ongoing wholesale accounts in all European markets. The store acquisition will start with three retail locations in the UK: Juicy Couture’s London Regent Street flagship, a mono-brand store in the Westfield London Shopping Center and one in the Bluewater Shopping Center, Kent. Further, three outlets in Bicester Village in England, Spain and Ireland will be acquired.

George Koutsolioutsos, CEO of FF Group: “Our broader strategy is to internationalize our brand portfolio through the agreement with Authentic Brands Group and further strengthening our presence in the fashion sector. Using our expertise […], we welcome existing Juicy Couture customers in Europe and look forward to continue serving them successfully whilst attracting new customers to the brand.”

The FF Group designs, produces and markets its own jewelry / accessories brands Folli Follie and Links of London on a global level. The Group has presence in international travel retail by participating in the Dufry AG. In addition, the Factory Outlet as well as Attica department stores are the Group’s major own retail distribution channels in Greece, where brands such as Converse, Ted Baker, Franklin & Marshall, G-Star or Guess make up the Group’s local brand portfolio.

New York City based Authentic Brands Group, LLC (ABG), seeks to further enhance brand equity through partnering with licensees and direct-to-retail partnerships. ABG brands include Marilyn Monroe, Muhammad Ali, Elvis Presley or Juicy Couture, among others.
