Fast fashion company Mango underlines the strategic value of its business in the Near East. Therefore, its design department for special collections has (whose task it is to adapt Mango’s collections to special cultural demands and tastes) has most recently developed a festive Ramadan collection. The colorful range includes accessories and garments with mainly floral prints on a big variety of fabrics, among them jacquard, poplin, satin and metallic fabrics.

Moreover, Mango is expanding its Arabic website to Bahrain, Lebanon and Oman. Rolled out in January 2017, the website until now was only available for Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Egypt, United Arab Emirates, Jordan and Kuwait. The expansion does not only include a language translation but also the introduction of special functions adapted to the buying habits in the different countries, such as “Store Credit”, a new payment method which speeds up the return process for customers buying via the cash on delivery option.
