Esprit received the certificate of German Customer Champion in 2013. According to a study by forum! Marktforschung GmbH and the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Qualität e. V. (German Quality Society), Esprit has been awarded with the certificate because it is one of the biggest companies in Germany, which has the best customer relationships. Esprit took first place within the textile industry part of the study. Nine companies in total were examined. Besides Esprit, Adler Modemärkte AG, C&A Mode GmbH & Co. KG, Peek & Cloppenburg KG Düsseldorf and Peek & Cloppenburg KG Hamburg, also received awards.
The certificate is awarded for the sixth time this year, including a representative questionnaire based on customer loyalty and satisfaction, willingness to recommend the brand, brand image, range of services and the employees.
