“FROM FARM TO FASHION. The wool supply chain and the consumer” is the title of the forum organised by International Wool Textile Organisation (IWTO) in collaboration with The Woolmark Company, on Friday 14th June in Biella as part of the 82nd edition of the IWTO Worldwide Congress, held between 12 - 14th June, 2013.

The forum will analyse the future of wool, with an emphasis on how to reorganize the supply chain of wool to meet the demands of the modern market. The aim of the event is to consider what projects and initiatives can help to establish better relationships between the manufacturing phase and services such as marketing, communication and distribution.

The discussion panel will involve speakers such as Giuseppe Angiolini (president, Italian Fashion Buyer Chamber and owner of the Sugar store in Arezzo), Alberto Baldan (CEO, La Rinascente), Ennio Capasa (creative director, Costume National), Nino Cerruti (president, Lanificio F.lli Cerruti), Domenico De Masi (sociologist), Pier Luigi Loro Piana (president/CEO, Loro Piana Group), Raffaello Napoleone (CEO, Pitti Immagine), Stuart McCullough (CEO, The Woolmark Company), Andrea Panconesi (CEO, Luisa Via Roma S.p.A.), Franca Sozzani, (editor-in-chief, Vogue Italia/L’Uomo Vogue) and Paolo Zegna (president, Ermenegildo Zegna Group).
